odznaczeni Brązowym Medalem Wojska Polskiego
Hiszpańskie stowarzyszenie „Poland First to Fight” założone w 2008 roku przez pasjonata historii Polski, Alberto Trujillo zostalo odznaczone Brązowym Medalem Wojska Polskiego. Odznaczenie to zostało nadane prezesowi Alberto Trujillo Gomez oraz dwóm członkom tej organizacji Santiago de la Pena Salinas i Tomas Cortes Cascon przez ministra obrony narodowej na wniosek attaché wojskowego Ambasady RP w Madrycie pułkownika Roberta Tkaczyka.
Celem stowarzyszenia “Poland First to Fight” jest propagowanie i upowszechnianie historii i kultury narodu polskiego okresu od 1918 roku do zakończenia II wojny światowej, czyli czasu, kiedy Polska zmierzyła się z dwiema najokrutniejszymi i najkrwawszymi ideologiami w historii.

Dear friends,
On February 10th, at the Polish Embassy in Madrid, Colonel Robert Tkatczyk, Polish Defense Attaché to the Kingdom of Spain, awarded the Polish Army Medal in its Bronze category to the members of Poland First to Fight: Tomás Cortés Cascón, Santiago de la Peña Salinas and Alberto Trujillo Gomez.
The Polish Army Medal was established by Poland on September 3rd, 1999 to recognize service to the Polish Army by foreign civilians and military personnel. The medal is presented in three grades of Gold, Silver and Bronze by the Polish Minister of National Defense. Most of the awards are given to members of the allied armed forces, but the medal is also awarded to civilians who contribute to promoting the history and traditions of the Polish Army outside of Poland.
The event was presided over by Mrs. Karina Węgrzynowska, Counselor, Head of the Political-Economic Department of the Embassy and current head of the Embassy, as well as members of Poland First to Fight and the entire staff of the Embassy. We want to show our deepest gratitude to all the members of the Polish diplomatic mission in Spain without their collaboration and help something like this would have been unthinkable.

El 10 de febrero, en la Embajada de Polonia en Madrid, el Coronel Robert Tkatczyk, Agregado de Defensa de Polonia ante el reino de España, impuso la Medalla del Ejército Polaco en su categoría de Bronce a los miembros de Poland First to Fight: Tomás Cortés Cascón, Santiago de la Peña Salinas y Alberto Trujillo Gomez.
La Medalla del Ejército Polaco fue establecida por Polonia el 3 de septiembre de 1999 para reconocer el servicio al ejército polaco por parte de civiles y militares extranjeros. La medalla es presentada en tres grados de Oro, Plata y Bronce por el Ministro de Defensa Nacional de Polonia . La mayoría de los premios se entregan a miembros de las fuerzas armadas aliadas, pero la medalla también se otorga a los civiles que contribuyen a promover la historia y las tradiciones del ejército polaco fuera de Polonia.
El acto lo presidió la Sra. Karina Węgrzynowska, Consejera, Jefa del Departamento Político-Económico de la Embajada y actual responsable de la Embajada, así como miembros de Poland First to Fight y el personal de la Embajada en su totalidad. Queremos mostrar nuestro más profundo agradecimiento a todos los miembros de la misión diplomática de Polonia en España, sin su colaboración y ayuda algo así hubiera sido impensable.

Dear Friends,On Friday the 28th, we had the honor and privilege of paying honors during the reception offered at the Polish Embassy in Madrid by the Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki, visiting Spain, to the Polish community in Spain.
We thank the Polish Embassy and the Polish Defence Attaché for having counted on us on such an important occasion.
